Mr. Ron Kelly

President & CEO, The Frederick Harris Music Co. Limited

Ron Kelly assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of The Frederick Harris Music Publishing Company in 2006. Mr. Kelly brings with him over 20 years of experience in educational publishing with Thomson Nelson, Management Consulting and most recently with Micromedia ProQuest.

With almost 20 years at Thomson Nelson, Mr. Kelly has held a variety of positions in sales, marketing and management, most recently as Vice President/General Manager of the Higher Education Division. In this role he was responsible for significantly growing the Higher Education business and aggressively growing the Canadian publishing program. Mr. Kelly joined The Frederick Harris Music Publishing Company from Micromedia ProQuest, an electronic publisher, where he held the position of Publisher.

Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he majored in Political Science and Economics. He also participated in numerous professional development programs, including the Thomson Executive Leadership Program through Columbia University. Mr. Kelly, his wife Lynn and three children live in Toronto.
